Should You Have an Engineering Request:

Engineering Department Hours of Operation:

Maintenance Engineers are present in the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Response Time:

All Engineering requests are given a priority code and responded to within that time period.  This can range from an immediate response for flooding, safety issues or power outages to a 24 hour response for less urgent matters, such as getting quotes from subcontractors. 

Above Standard After-Hours Lighting:

If you would like after-hours lighting, please call the building automation system at (704) 377-0340.  For more information, please contact your respective floor(s) TRC (Tenant Representative Committee) member or call the Tenant Services Request Line at (704) 331-9358. 

Although building standard operating hours vary per tenant lease agreement, most standard operating hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Any requests for lighting outside of these hours is free of charge.

Bank associates may have these services pre-programmed by calling the Corporate Workplace Help Line at (800) 698-4400 in advance.  Non-bank associates may also have this pre-programmed by calling the Lincoln Harris Tenant Services Request Line at (704) 331-9358. 

Above Standard After-Hours Heat/Air Conditioning:

If you would like after-hours heat/air conditioning, please call the Security Console at (704) 386-2353 and provide the following information to the Security Officer:

  • Your Full Name
  • Company Name
  • Office Phone Number
  • Office Floor Location
  • Timeframe for heat/air conditioning to start and stop
  • Bank of America associates need to provide their FRC # 

Although building standard operating hours vary per tenant lease agreement, most standard operating hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Any requests for heat/air conditioning outside of these hours will be billed to your company at a rate in accordance with the lease agreements, therefore, only employees who have been previously approved by their company are able to request after-hours heat/air conditioning.  If your name is not on the list, every effort will be made to contact your company's designated tenant contact.

Requests for after-hours heat/air conditioning can be made up to one week in advance by calling the following numbers: Bank associates may have any of these services pre-programmed by calling the Corporate Workplace Helpline (800) 698-4400.  Non-bank associates may also have this pre-programmed by calling the Tenant Services Request Line at (704) 331-9358.

 

Contractor and Vendor Identification:

All contractors and vendors in the building are required to register with the Dockmaster at (704) 386-2458 during normal business hours or with the Security Console after hours and are assigned an ID badge which is to be worn at all times.  If a contractor or vendor is not wearing this badge, please contact the Security Console at (704) 386-2353.
