Security Services

Bank of America Corporate Center is equipped with a state of the art security system and is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.  The  Security Console is located in the main lobby of Bank of America Corporate Center and may be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (980) 386-2353.

Admittance to the building, after 11:00 PM, is permitted through entrances at the front of the building and via the skywalk with assigned security card access.  Sign-in is required at the Security Console after hours for main lobby access.  Admittance via the Loading Dock requires advance receipt of a filled out Access Form  ( /uploads/BACC/Amenities/Security/Form A-2.1 BACC building Access Form1. New1.doc  ), sign-in and a valid photo identification during normal business hours.  All contractors and vendors are required to sign-in prior to receiving a building contractor badge.  Hours of operation for the Loading Dock are as follows:

• Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM until 10:00 AM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM
• Sunday, CLOSED
